Alerts Engine

DPlan's Alerts Engine monitors your project for 14 configurable conditions across schedule, cost, quality, and earned value. When a threshold is breached, an alert fires automatically — no manual checking needed.

Accessing Alerts

  1. Alerts appear in the Today Panel (Home ribbon → Today button).
  2. Configure alert rules in Settings → Feature Toggles → Alerts.

Configuring Alerts

Each alert type can be individually enabled or disabled. For threshold-based alerts, you can set the trigger value. Go to Settings → Feature Toggles → Alerts to configure.

Alerts are evaluated automatically when you open the Today Panel or when the Dashboard renders. They don't run in the background — they compute on demand from current project state.
