The Board View displays your tasks as cards on a Kanban-style board, grouped by status, phase, assignee, or risk level. It includes a Morning Brief summary that highlights what needs attention right now.
Use the Group By dropdown at the top of the board to organise cards by:

The brief disappears automatically if there is nothing to flag.
When grouped by Risk Level, tasks are classified into these tiers:

| Critical | Task is on the critical path and has a blocker, risk trigger, or major slippage |
| At-Risk | Schedule or cost variance detected — needs attention soon |
| Watch | Minor variance or approaching a threshold |
| On Track | No issues detected |
| None | Insufficient data to assess risk |
